This wiki site is being created to showcase the collaboration between two 5th grade classes at Forest Heights Performing Arts Academic Magnet (FHAM) and the Smithsonian Institute.
It involves the components of writing, technology, video conferencing, and collaboration. Enhancing the Louisiana Curriculum with Fine Arts Education is the objective of this collaborative project site.
Fifty-five fifth grade multicultural students of varying socio-economic backgrounds will be divided into five groups.
Each group will be responsible for one group page.
The focus of each group page will be a discussion of a Video Conference presented by the Smithsonian.
